Zelle — Fast & Secure Bank-to-Bank Transfers

Zelle is built right into your DFDFCU mobile app and online banking, making money transfers quick and easy.

How to set up Zelle:

1. Log into your DFDFCU Online Banking or Mobile App.
2. On desktop, click "Send Money with Zelle®" in the top menu.
3. On mobile, scroll down to the Quick Links section and click "Send Money with Zelle®".
4. Accept the terms and conditions, enter your email or phone number, and verify it with a one-time code.
5. You're now ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle!

Venmo — Easy Payments with Friends & Family

Venmo lets you send and receive money easily to friends and family who aren't using Zelle.

How to set up Venmo:

1. Download the Venmo App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Open the app and choose your sign-up method (Personal, Teen, or Business) *Note: You must be 18 years old or 13 - 17 with adult sign up to use Venmo
3. Sign up with your U.S. phone number and verify it with a texted one-time code.
4. Enter your personal information and create a username and password.
5. Go to your profile screen and select "Add a Bank or Debit Card."
6. Use Plaid to securely and directly link to your DFDFCU account using the login you use to sign into your Online Banking or mobile app.
7. Start sending and receiving money with Venmo!

PayPal — Secure Online Payments

PayPal offers a safe way to shop, send, and receive money worldwide. 

How to set up PayPal:

1. Download the PayPal app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up with your email address
2. Add and verify your mobile number with a one-time passcode, and create a password
3. Enter in your person information and click "Create PayPal Account"
4. Click the menu button in the top left corner and Click on "Add Banks and Cards."
   1. To add your bank account: search for Denver Fire Department Federal Credit Union and link the account directly by signing in with the login credentials you use to sign into your Online Banking.
   2. To add your debit card: manually type in your card details and just click the "Link Card" button.
5. You're all set to make purchases or send and receive money through PayPal!
