Annual Meeting Information
Saturday, March 27th at 11:00 am.

Denver Fire Department Federal Credit Union would like to invite our members to our Annual Meeting. This years meeting will be held on Saturday, March 27th at 11:00 am, at Maltese Cross Manor located at 1590 Yates Street in Denver. Refreshments will be served following the business meeting.
Attendees will learn about our accomplishments from the previous year, and learn where we’re heading. By attending the Annual Meeting members can stay active in financial decisions of the credit union.

Our Nominating Committee Chaired by Mike Delano has announced 2 candidates for the two open Board positions. An election will not be conducted by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor when the nominees equal the number of positions to be filled. If a member wishes to run for the Board they may contact the nominating committee, or get a petition of 1% of the members, including a statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a signed statement stating that the petitioner is agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office.
Deadline for petitions is close of business February 12th, 2010.m
